We’re still working for a few more weeks on making your health a priority in the new year. Today, we’re up to 25 minutes of cardio. (One day left before we hit the goal of 30 minutes!)
What I Did
I put my shoes on and climbed on my Body Runner stationary bike. Then I used my bike for 25 continuous minutes. I kept myself occupied with a book. 🙂
- See your doctor and confirm that you are healthy enough for exercise.
- Pick your cardio: running, biking, elliptical, swimming; even walking will do.
- Do cardio for 25 minutes. If you can’t do your chosen cardio for 25 minutes, do it as long as you are able and work to improve daily.
