Daily Challenge: Do Fifteen Minutes of Cardio

If you’ve been with me for the last two days, you know I’m suggesting baby steps if you’re trying to make your health a priority in the new year.  On the first day of the year, I suggested starting by doing five minutes of cardioYesterday, I suggested doing ten minutes of cardio.  Today, I suggest–you guessed it!–fifteen minutes of cardio.

What I Did

Just as with the previous two days, I put my shoes on and climbed on my Body Runner stationary bike.   Then I used my bike for fifteen continuous minutes.

Your Turn!

  1. See your doctor and confirm that you are healthy enough for exercise.
  2. Pick your cardio:  running, biking, elliptical, swimming; even walking will do.
  3. Do cardio for fifteen minutes.  If you can’t do your chosen cardio for fifteen minutes, do it as long as you are able and work to improve daily.
