I once knew an attorney who rode around with the paper title to her Land Rover in her glove compartment.
Let that sink in.
If you have any paper vehicle titles, you should make sure that they are in a safe place, preferably a safe or safe deposit box.
What I Did
I placed the sole paper car title in my possession in a page protector in a three-ring binder in my waterproof, fire-resistant safe.
If you have any paper titles to your vehicles, locate them, and put them in a safe place, possibly where you have your Social Security cards and passports and your birth, death, marriage, and divorce records.
How Did You Do?
Do you have any paper car titles? Did you already have those in a safe location? Let me hear from you in the comments!
