If you’re trying to make your health a priority in the new year, I suggest baby steps. Yesterday, I suggested starting by doing five minutes of cardio. Today, I suggest doing cardio again–and upping that to ten minutes.
What I Did
Just as with yesterday, I put my shoes on and climbed on my Body Runner stationary bike. Then I used my bike for ten continuous minutes.
- See your doctor and confirm that you are healthy enough for exercise.
- Pick your cardio: running, biking, elliptical, swimming; even walking will do.
- Do it for ten minutes. If you can’t do your chosen cardio for ten minutes, do it as long as you are able and work to improve daily.
